The Next Ardingly Film night will be on Thursday 22nd of January 2026

Set in 1916, during World War I, in the fictional town of Ramsden, Yorkshire, the film follows the members of the local choral society which recruits a group of teenage boys and girls for a performance of Edward Elgar's The Dream of Gerontius, a work chosen because it was not written by a German.
Doors at Hapstead Hall open at 7.00pm and the film will start at 7.30pm. Tickets are available to purchase from Fellows Bakersand the Ardingly News Shop (the old Post Office) and cost £8 each. You can also purchase electronic tickets in advance from CineMobile at this link. As always, refreshments will be made available before the film and during the intermission.
