Latest news: Yoga Classes with Alison in 2026 + NEW Postnatal Class Tuesday Mornings!

Gentle Yoga with Alison will continue at the Hall every Monday evening, from 12th January at 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
Classes for Prenatal mummies, continue Tuesday evenings from 13th January at 7.00pm to 8.00pm.
Alison will also be continuing her Postnatal Yoga class every Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 24th February at 10am to 11.30am.
