Hapstead Jam Tarts Ardingly WI (Morning Village WI)

In 2024 we formed a morning Wl in the village of Ardingly and we invite you to come along and see what we do.

We aim to be less a traditional and more modern WI. We are part of the largest women’s organisation in the U.K. and an educational charity. We aim to connect, support and empower all women with interesting speakers and activities aimed at education and friendship.

All women are welcome from age 18. Currently our youngest member is 24 and our eldest is 88, so please don’t think you are too young or too old to come and join us.

You do not have to live in the village but can join us from anywhere.

Members are entitled to lots of benefits either online or in person and we offer workshops, trips, craft, friendship, and fundraising events as well as access to West Sussex Federation and National events .

We also run a craft group every fourth Wednesday of the month in the hall, and all abilities are welcome. If you don’t feel confident to do any craft but would like to, and just don’t know where to start, we can help you!

Members meetings are every third Wednesday of each month at 10am til noon at Hapstead Hall, High street, Ardingly, RH17 6TB.
